2022 'Elevate' Noir|Gris
A blend of related grape varieties, that remains unconventional. The name embraces our desire to grow, take risks and propel ourselves further toward knowing. Always dreaming, always learning.
Tasting Note:
'This is 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Gris. It works very well. It’s bright and bursts with good energy. Allspice and clove notes, juniper berries, sweet red fruit underneath, strawberry tart, a bit of tarragon, and red apple skin, almost toffee apple aroma. There’s a steady flow of textural, fruity tannin with a bright and crunchy acidity. A bit chewy with a nice hold on the palate. And it all works very well, indeed.' 94 Points - Kasia Sobiesiak The Wine Front
‘Aromatic, punchy fruit. The palate is electric with pure red fruits. Alluring and bright aromas, spiced liquorice plums. Fleshy texture with a long savoury, crunchy finish.’ Justin and Lisa Jenkins
