Detailed. Earthy. Silky.
South Gippsland
The 2025 ‘Lichen’ Pinot Noir offers depth, elegance, and site transparency. A brilliant growing season leading into dry summer has produced a wine of pedigree and depth. Sourced from 35-year-old, own-rooted vines at our Leongatha vineyard, this barrel selection with a mix of clones was matured in seasoned puncheons. A focused, expressive Pinot with fine detail and a grounded, savoury edge.
Tasting Note
Lisa & Justin
Deep cherry red in colour. The nose is vibrant with lifted plummy red fruits, cherries and herbal spice. The palate is earthy and fleshy, with a savoury core and silky, slippery tannins. A wine of elegance and quiet power.
